About UsHOI intends to provide services that will assist youth in attaining their highest potential with emphasis on self-discipline, strong positive attitudes, and self-esteem.
Our viewpoints are based on the strong belief that youth can obtain the necessary skills to become productive, responsible, and good citizens living in today's community while preparing for tomorrow's world. It is often stated that young people between the ages of 8 and 18 reflect the attitudes of their parents and other persons who are significant in their lives. Those attitudes are learned from one's culture and sub-culture. It is equally true that a strong positive role model can help modify those negative attitudes.
